If there is no such fabric effect in the virtual machine, it proves that the screen is not. If I had tested them at that time, I wouldn't have had to pay for a screen replacement myself. Talking too much is like tears. In the future, we need to learn a lesson. No matter how good the Apple products are, there may still be or may be problems. Look at the stunning effect of the flower screen, which comes with its own 3D effect. Most of the time, it is necessary to shut down and rest for a period of time before the screen can function properly. Occasionally, flashing a few times is normal, and converting the output to VGA through the lightning port is normal.

Screen disassembly and replacement

After using tools to remove the back cover, the laptop that has been in use for more than 3 years is actually not very dirty, which is related to my usual care; At the same time as buying a screen, I also purchased an XPS13 8G 256 laptop with the same configuration from JD.com. The new MacBook Pro Retina is really not cheap, and the advantage of purchasing it in Hong Kong is not much due to the continuous appreciation of the US dollar.

Firstly, use tweezers to disconnect the battery of the MacBook Pro, ensuring that subsequent operations are carried out without power; Before starting, it is best to find a grounded place (such as an iron door) to release static electricity on the body to avoid damage to the chip.

Remove this adhesive strip. There is a signal cable underneath the strip that needs to be removed.

Loosen these three signal antennas near the RF module below the fan, and then loosen the three large screws and one small black screw in the lower left corner

Loosen the three screws in the upper left corner and one small screw below the three large screws, and remove the large cable near the screw.

Flip the MacBook Pro upside down on the desktop, such as disassembling the old screen and installing a new screen, then installing the new screen in reverse order and connecting the corresponding ribbon and signal cables. As shown in the figure below, you can see the warranty fragile sticker for the newly purchased screen.

Don't fix the back cover yet, hold the screen and see if it can start up normally; Once successful, what can be opened is worth buying. It went much smoother than expected.

Then turn off the fixed back cover and remove the protective film from the front of the screen. It is obvious that the color of the screen is slightly yellow, and there is also a spot in the upper corner.

To summarize

The screen of MacBook Pro is still relatively easy to replace, but the tools are not ideal enough, which leads to a few slippery threads and makes me feel very depressed. From the replacement of the screen to now, everything on the screen is normal; The splash screen that came every few minutes before the replacement seriously interfered with normal use. However, if the plot is perfect, the quality of the screen replaced at the Apple store is better than that purchased on Taobao, but that price is also half the price of XPS13.
