Apple releases Xcode 15 Beta 1 update: halving volume and doubling efficiency

On June 7th, Apple released a new Xcode 15 beta version during the WWDC 2023 Developer Conference, which is only half the size of Xcode 14 and has sparked widespread discussion in the developer community.

Apple stated that in Xcode 15, developers can download the corresponding SDK according to their own needs, with a minimum value of only 3GB. Apple stated that the new version has accelerated installation speed, simplified workflow, and further improved processing performance.

Apple stated that developers can set up projects faster, gain higher productivity, and accessibility features, especially for developers with limited storage space or slow internet connection speeds, which is a significant improvement.
