IFixit Unwrapping 2023 Apple Mac Studio: Upgrading CPU without Design Adjustments
The foreign repair team iFixit recently shared a new video in the form of a short video on YouTube Shorts, dismantling the 2023 Mac Studio.
IFixit indicates that except for upgrading the CPU to an M2 Max or M2 Ultra processor, the internal structure, heat sink, power supply circuit, etc. remain basically the same design, indicating that it cannot be effectively distinguished from the previous generation.
IFixit found that Apple used the same heat sink and power supply, and the entire process did not have much to pay attention to. PFTLCD Note: iFixit adopts a modular design during the disassembly process. Although users can disassemble pre installed modules, they cannot upgrade their storage space on their own.
